Plastic Tail boom Clamp for XLPower Stratos 200 RC Helicopter.
After extensive testing, we developed a Plastic Tail Boom Clamp that effectively isolates resonance between the rotor system, airframe, and tail boom.
Our testing has shown that the new clamp eliminates resonance in the vast majority of cases—even when using 90 Shore dampers, or with a 3×5×0.1 mm shim added to increase damper stiffness.
Please note that this upgrade does not guarantee the elimination of resonance when using the Red Taper Damper. Due to its extremely rigid characteristics, the Red Taper Damper requires exceptional blade balance, a perfectly true spindle shaft, and precise assembly to operate vibration-free.
NOTE: The Plastic tail boom clamp requires a different tail boom clamp plate i.e. XL20B101
