The  OMPHobby Bluetooth module allows you to:

• Update firmware on the OMP ESC and LCD Programming card
• Change ESC Parameters

ESC parameters

NOTE: parameters that can be adjusted depend on ESC hardware and firmware version.

1. Brake Type: Normal, Reverse
2. Brake Force: 0%, 1%, 2%, .. , 100%
3. Timing: Auto, 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°
4. Motor Rotation: CW, CCW
5. SR Function: ON, OFF
6. Battery Cells: Auto, 3S，4S, 5S, 6S
7. Low Voltage Cutoff Threshold: Disabled, NiMH 60%, 3.0V, 3.2V, 3.4V, 3.6V, 3.8V
8. Low Voltage Cutoff Type: Soft Cutoff, Hard Cutoff
9. BEC Voltage: 6.0V, 7.4V, 8.4V
10. Acceleration: 0, 1, 2, 3
11. Start-up Power: 1, 2, 3
12. Flight Mode: Ext-gov, Helicopter StoGov
13. Governor Parameter P: 0-9
14. Governor Parameter I: 0-9
15. Telemetry: Real Time Data, SBUS-2
16. Restore Defaults
17. Pole count and Gear Ratio for RPM calculation

Connection Diagram

User guide

• Install SunnySky App on your phone / Tablet. Start the App. Allow app to use bluetooth connection.
• Connect the Bluetooth module to ESCs programming port as shown in the Connection Diagram above.
• Connect Battery to ESC.
• Press the Bluetooth button to scan.
  

  

• You should see a device with name “BLE-????”.
  

  

• Press Connect button next to it
• Now the Red LED on Bluetooth module should be turned ON and the Bluetooth circle on the App should be green. This means Bluetooth link is active.
  

  

• Press Parameters button to see and change the ESC Parameters
  

  

  

• Press Data button to see ESC Telemetry data
