The connector that comes with the receivers is not suitable for connecting to the CRSF port. The <a href=\"https:\/\/originhobbies.com\/fr\/shop\/radio-control\/radio-receivers\/spektrum-protocol\/spektrum-srxl2-to-omp-m2-v3-ofs3-connection-cable\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"23808\">Spektrum SRXL2 to OMP M2 V3 OFS3 receiver connection cable<\/a> will be required. The instructions should apply for any recent Spektrum transmitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loading the Model Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/originhobbies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/OH-M2-V3-v1.NSPM_.zip\">Download OMP M2 V3 Model Configuration for NX8+<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract the zip file to locate the OH-M2-V3.NSPM file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import the model file into the NX8 Transmitter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power ON the transmitter, enter the system menu &gt; USB storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect a Micro USB cable to your PC and the micro USB connector on the back of the transmitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Access Internal Storage. The NX8+ will connect to your PC. A storage drive will show up for the NX8+<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the file to the NX8+ Storage drive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the Back button or the roller to exit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnect the USB cable from your transmitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to System Menu &gt; Transfer SD Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category: Model Import \/ Export<br>SD Card: Internal<br>Options: Import Model<br>Select File: OH-M2-V3.NSPM<br>Import Mode: Import<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select OH-M2-V3.NSPM Model File.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now M2-V3 should be the active model.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Switch Function Mapping<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Function<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Switch<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Timer reset<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">A (Timer Resets only when in Throttle Cut)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Throttle Cut<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">F<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Flight mode (Normal, Stunt-1, Stunt-2)<br>&amp;<br>SWRPM on Channel 7 (GOV)<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">B<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Attitude hold (auto level) (OFF, ON, ON)<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">D<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Dual Rates (100% \/ 85% \/ 75%)<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">G<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Spektrum NX8+ Switch Assignment<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Throttle Curves<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The configuration contains following throttle curves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal mode: 0-60-60-60-60 (3600 RPM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stunt 1: 65-65-65-65 (3900 RPM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stunt 2: 70-70-70-70 (4200 RPM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Binding to Helicopter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended to remove main and tail rotor blades to prevent injury if motor starts accidentally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press and hold the Bind button on the receiver while powering up the Helicopter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Orange LED on the Receiver will be flashing indicating that it is ready to bind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Transmitter, ensure Throttle cut is active and then go to Model Function List-&gt;Bind. The following information is available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Battery Consumption (capacity)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery Current<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotor RPM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery Voltage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A vibration and sound warning is set when battery capacity reaches 550mAh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flight Timer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Flight timer is set to 5:00 minutes.
