Select \u201c<strong>USB Storage mode<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get the models from the Radio to Companion tool.<br>Select <strong>Read\/write-&gt;Read current models from radio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the OriginHobbies configuration file you downloaded from above. There are many models in the configuration file. Copy the models you need from OriginHobbies configuration window to your Radio\u2019s configuration window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the models from the Companion tool to the Radio.<br>Select <strong>Read\/write-&gt;Write current models to radio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely remove the USB disk drive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnect USB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receiver type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELRS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/originhobbies.com\/fi\/shop\/radio-control\/radiovastaanottimet\/radiomaster-rp2-v2-elrs-2-4ghz-nano-receiver-lbt-for-omp-ofs3\/\">XR2<\/a> receiver is perfect for M1 and M2 helicopters due to its compact size. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other functions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flight timer: 4.5 mins, Haptic countdown at 10 seconds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To reset flight timer, both Throttle hold switches should be in Throttle hold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voice call on Throttle cut, Throttle active, Flight modes and Stability mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Binding and pre-flight Check<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Binding<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure batteries of your Helicopter and Transmitter are sufficiently charged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is a good idea to remove the main and tail blades of the helicopter to prevent any injury if motors start accidentally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the correct model on the Boxer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure throttle hold is engaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plug in the battery into the Helicopter 3 times in a row  to put the ELRS receiver in bind mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The LED on the receiver should be blinking twice repeatedly. This means it is in bind mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Radio, start ELRS LUA script.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to bottom and Select Bind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When binding completes the LED on the receiver should be steady ON.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During binding process, on the Helicopter the <mark>Blue LED<\/mark> will flash <strong>rapidly<\/strong>. Once binding is complete the <mark>Blue LED<\/mark> will be <strong>steady<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre-flight check<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <mark>Red LED<\/mark> indicates <strong>Auto-level<\/strong> mode status.<br><mark>Red LED<\/mark> <strong>blinking<\/strong> = <strong>Auto-level OFF<\/strong>.<br><mark>Red LED<\/mark> <strong>steady<\/strong> = <strong>Auto-level ON<\/strong>.<br>Toggle auto-level switch and see it is switching between <strong>Auto-level<\/strong> <strong>ON<\/strong> ja <strong>OFF<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep <strong>Auto-level OFF<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the <strong>aileron\/elevator<\/strong> sticks and check that the swash plate is moving correctly (<strong>left-right<\/strong> ja <strong>front-back<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the <strong>collective<\/strong> pitch stick and check that the swash plate is moving correctly (<strong>up<\/strong> &amp; <strong>down<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disengage<\/strong> both<strong> throttle hold and throttle hold fail safe<\/strong> switches, give some collective and check that main rotor is <strong>spinning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engage<\/strong> any one <strong>throttle hold<\/strong> and check that main rotor <strong>stops<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage <strong>both<\/strong> throttle holds and check that flight timer resets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now you can put the rotor blades back on and do a test flight. Good Luck!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model Customization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can customize the model configuration as per your linking. Please refer to explanation of different settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Switch Assignment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the switch assignments Navigate to Model-&gt;Input Page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll to the Function whose switch you want to change. e.g. To change rescue mode switch scroll to Rsq input. Press and hold the Scroll wheel and select EDIT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll to Source and press the scroll wheel button. Then scroll till you find your desired switch.
